1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Bargain Bottles. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years in Australia. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request photo ID upon delivery.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery times vary by location. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders (see current threshold on our website). Deliveries require an adult (18+) to be present to sign. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

6. Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders must be collected by the person who placed the order. Valid photo ID is required. Uncollected orders will be cancelled after 7 days.

7. Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer in original condition.

8. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service. Do not drive after consuming alcohol. If you or someone you know has a problem with alcohol, contact the National Alcohol and Other Drug Hotline: 1800 250 015.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Bargain Bottles excludes all warranties and liability for loss arising from use of this website or our products.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
